Thank you for your interest in our Catching Your Breath program.
Catching Your Breath is a FREE monthly wellbeing and mindfulness program for family caregivers of adults living with memory loss. We currently do not offer our programs to professional caregivers. For the time being, Catching Your Breath will be offered virtually until further notice.
This year-round program is part of our Center’s Wellness Initiative and is led by Laura Rice-Oeschger, LMSW. You may choose to attend one or all sessions. The program varies each month and newcomers are welcome at any time. Registration is required below to receive the virtual log-in information.
